Abstract

Desa Batujai merupakan salah satu desa yang ada di Kecamatan Praya Barat Kabupaten Lombok Tengah. Desa ini memiliki penduduk yang cukup padat, dengan penduduk yang banyak ini tentunya membuat volume sampah semakin meningkat. Oleh karena hal itu, yang mendasari mahasiswa KKN PMD Desa Batujai Universitas Mataram tahun 2023 untuk membuat produk berupa ecobrick dengan melakukan daur ulang sampah 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle). Melalui program kerja yang diupayakan telah berhasil menekan volume sampah yang dibuang masyarakat ke TPS, sesuai dengan tujuan dilaksanakannya kegiatan ini yaitu mengurangi volume sampah dengan mengubah sampah plastik menjadi barang yang lebih bermanfaat.
