Arquitetura residencial multifamiliar no período pós pandêmico: Necessidades e transformações.

Abstract
Durante a pandemia da COVID-19, a forma de interagir com o espaço construído mudou consideravelmente, principalmente com o ambiente residencial, devido as transformações sociais e novas necessidades. Esse trabalho visa compreender a influência desse fenômeno nos projetos arquitetônicos de edifícios residenciais multifamiliares. Para isso, realizou-se uma pesquisa bibliográfica e entrevistas com 5 arquitetos que realizam projetos arquitetônicos de edifícios multifamiliares na cidade de Vitória – ES. Também foram analisados projetos de 18 edificações, de médio a alto padrão, lançados entre os anos de 2020 a 2022 nessa cidade. Observou-se que a pandemia causou mudanças significativas na forma de projetar edifícios residenciais, incluindo a necessidade de espaços para home office ou coworking, áreas verdes e para animais de estimação, entre outras. Conclui-se que as mudanças sociais afetam diretamente na forma de morar e a pandemia da COVID-19 trouxe demandas urgentes que levaram a transformações rápidas e significativas nos projetos de edificações residenciais, que precisaram ser acompanhadas pelo mercado imobiliário, resultando em alterações favoráveis à saúde e bem-estar dos moradores.
