Stimulace srdeÄnĂho pĹevodnĂho systĂŠmu (conduction system pacing, CSP) se "vynoĹila" jako fyziologiÄtÄjĹĄĂ alternativa stimulace pravĂŠ komory a ve vybranĂ˝ch pĹĂpadech se pouĹžĂvĂĄ i pro srdeÄnĂ resynchronizaÄnĂ terapii. Stimulace Hisova svazku byla zavedena pĹed vĂce neĹž dvÄma desĂtkami let a v poslednĂch pÄti letech se zaÄala pouĹžĂvat ve vÄtĹĄĂ mĂĹe potĂŠ, co se na trhu objevilo instrumentarium usnadĹujĂcĂ implantaci elektrod. Stimulace oblasti levĂŠho Tawarova ramĂŠnka je novÄjĹĄĂ strategiĂ, kterĂĄ zĂskĂĄvĂĄ vzhledem k vÄtĹĄĂ cĂlovĂŠ oblasti a vynikajĂcĂm elektrickĂ˝m parametrĹŻm rychle oblibu. NicmĂŠnÄ stejnÄ jako v pĹĂpadÄ jakĂŠkoli intervence je pĹedpokladem bezpeÄnĂŠ a ĂşÄinnĂŠ lĂŠÄby jejĂ sprĂĄvnĂŠ provĂĄdÄnĂ.
