Comportamentos saudáveis na adolescência e seus impactos na promoção da saúde: revisão integrativa

Abstract
Promover saúde ao adolescente deve ser uma prática contínua com ações que superem o modelo curativista ou ações pontuais, pensando em proteger e promover a saúde desse público. Assim, faz-se necessário conhecer os hábitos que esses devem adotar nas suas vidas diárias para planejar orientações focadas no desenvolvimento desses hábitos. O estudo objetivou identificar na literatura científica os comportamentos, ou atitudes, que os adolescentes devem assumir para o alcance da promoção da saúde. Estudo de revisão integrativa da literatura, construída a partir da estratégia PICo em que se identificou a população (P): adolescentes; intervenção (I): comportamentos saudáveis; e contexto (Co): promoção da saúde. Inicialmente foram encontrados um total de 779 estudos e após seleção 15 estudos foram elegíveis para compor a amostra da pesquisa, seguindo a identificação, escaneamento e processo de inclusão adaptado do Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA). A pesquisa identificou os principais comportamentos que podem promover a saúde do adolescente e observou-se que esses devem ser incentivados nos mais diversos ambientes de atenção e cuidados. A pesquisa mostra que os contextos social e familiar são importantes para a promoção da saúde, mas muitos cenários de convivência dos adolescentes apresentam-se com vulnerabilidades e riscos à saúde. Portanto, é fundamental o acompanhamento e o empoderamento desses adolescentes para desenvolverem hábitos saudáveis, sendo o enfermeiro, o profissional capacitado para desenvolver tais ações.
