Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Self-management is a process in which individuals actively cope with their chronic diseases in their daily lives. Scleroderma is one of the rare rheumatic diseases with the lowest level of self-management. The study aims to investigate the factors associated with self-management in individuals with scleroderma. 29 people between the ages of 23-65 participated in the study, 28 of whom were women. The Self-Efficacy Scale on People with Chronic Diseases was used to assess self-management. Scleroderma Health Assessment Questionnaire (SHAQ) was used to assess disease severity and physical activity. the Short Form-12 (SF-12) was used to assess the quality of life, and the Fatigue Severity Scale was used to assess fatigue levels (FSS). Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) was used to evaluate sleep quality. Canadian Occupation Performance Measure (COPM) was used to evaluate occupational performance and satisfaction. Scales were sent to individuals via online forms. The mean age of the individuals was 41.38 ± 11.40, and the mean duration of the disease was 8.01 ± 7.99. Between self-management and disease severity (r = -0.677, p

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
