Abstract
Mobil adalah salah satu kebutuhan primer bagi masyarakat dan ini berlaku untuk masyarakat ekonomi menengah keatas. Pembelian mobil bekas seringkali menjadi pilihan bagi konsumen yang ingin menghemat biaya, namun seringkali terdapat pengalaman pembeli yang tidak sesuai dengan keinginannya. Beberapa faktor yang seringkali menjadi masalah bagi pembeli mobil bekas adalah kondisi mobil yang buruk, riwayat perawatan mobil yang tidak jelas, dan kurangnya informasi tentang harga pasaran mobil bekas yang sejenis. Oleh karena itu terciptanya penelitian riset ini bermaksud untuk mempermudah konsumen untuk mengambil keputusan pembelian mobil baru ataupun mobil bekas terutama di wilayah Surabaya, Jawa Timur dengan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) digunakan dalam Sistem Pendukung Keputusan berbasis website kali ini dan dalam pengembangannya dengan memperhatikan 8 kriteria yaitu tahun pembuatan, kapasitas mesin, warna mobil, harga beli, kepemilikan awal, jarak tempuh, servis berkala dan kondisi bodi. Tujuan dari Sistem Pendukung Keputusan ini adalah untuk membantu pengambilan keputusan dengan menggunakan alternatif-alternatif yang berasal dari hasil pengolahan data, informasi, dan hasil desain model.
