Abstract
Masa remaja merupakan masa peralihaan atau perpindahan dari masa kanak-kanak ke masa dewasa, remaja akan mengalami tantangan baik yang berasal dari dirinya sendiri maupun tantangan dari luar.hal ini memberikan kebingungan kepada remaja yang dikhawatirkan remaja akan melakukan perilaku seksual yang tidak bertanggungjawab.Posyandu remaja adalah salah satu kegiatan yang bisa mengatasi permasalahan remaja.Metode penelitiannya menggunakan Quasi Experimental remaja yang di berikan pelayanan posyandu remaja,dilakukan pengukuran status kesehatan reproduksi sebelum dan sesudah. Sample remaja berusia 10-18 tahun.Analisis menggunakan uji Wilcoxcon didapatkan status kesehatan reproduksi yaitu pengetahuan sebelum 69,2% kurang sedangkan sesudah 71,8% tingkat pengetahuan baik nilai p-Value 0,000, status anemia sebelum 25,6 % anemia dan sesudah menjadi 5,1% yang mengalami anemia p-Value 0,01,status gizi sebelum 69,2 status gizi kurus, dan sesudah 59 % status gizi normal P-value 0,004 dari hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa adanya pengaruh posyandu remaja terhadap peningkatan kesehatan reproduksi, dengan begitu posyandu remaja seharusnya terus dilaksanakan.
