Abstract
Plusieurs des emplois occupés aujourd'hui s'exercent dans des conditions de précarité engendrant, au surplus, diverses inégalités de traitement. L'auteure examine la jurisprudence du Tribunal des droits de la personne relative à la discrimination fondée sur différents motifs interdits par la Charte des droits et libertés de la personne et qui sévit plus particulièrement dans le contexte des statuts précaires reliés aux nouvelles formes d'emploi. Elle suggère divers moyens susceptibles d'alimenter les recours intentés afin de contrer plus efficacement ces formes plus contemporaines de la discrimination au travail et souligne l'apport d'un tribunal spécialisé en cette matière.
