Puskesmas Anreapi pada tanggal 9 Desember 2022, melalui dari Petugas Puskesmas Anreapi Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Polewali Mandar jumah kasus keseluruhan yang terdapat Diabetes Melitus pada tahun 2020 adalah 54 kasus, sedangkan jumlah kasus keselurahan yang terdapat Diabetes Melitus pada tahun 2021 adalah 84 kasus. Serta berdasarkan data Januari-November 2022 sebanyak 149 kasus. Dengan adanya peningkatan dari tahun ke tahun sehingga kasus ini menjadi perhatian kita semua.penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Hubungan tingkat pengetahuan dengan aktivitas self care (perawatan diri) pada penderita Diabetes Melitus di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Anreapi. jenis penelitian yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analitik observasional dengan menggunakan pendekatan desain cross sectional. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Anreapi. Populasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah penderita DM yang berada di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Anreapi dengan jumlah 149 orang, menggunakan sampel Arikunto sebanyak 37 Responden. hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan Adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara tingkat pengetahuan dengan aktivitas self care pada penderita diabetes melitus di wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Anreapi dengan p value = 0,001
