ATRIBUIÇÕES DO ENFERMEIRO NOS CUIDADOS PALIATIVOS A CRIANÇA COM CÂNCER TERMINAL

Abstract
OBJETIVO: Descrever as dificuldades no processo de trabalho dos enfermeiros nos cuidados paliativos a criança com câncer terminal, Identificar os cuidados de enfermagem durante a assistência da criança com câncer terminal e discutir sobre a importância da comunicação do enfermeiro a criança com câncer terminal. METODOLOGIA: Trata-se de um estudo descritivo, que emprega como metodologia a Revisão Integrativa da Literatura. A procura foi realizada dentro das bases de dados dentro da Biblioteca Virtual de Saúde (BVS): SCIELO, BDENF e LILACS, mediantes os seguintes descritores: “Oncologia; Cuidados Paliativos na terminalidade da vida; Pediatria; Enfermagem”. RESULTADOS: Após a utilização dos DeCS, foram encontrados 116 artigos, e após os critérios de inclusão e exclusão reduziu para 56 e foram selecionados 15 artigos para compilar este estudo. Foram encontrado diversas dificuldades do enfermeiro, os mais citados foram, lidar com a morte, e a necessidade de abordagem do tema ainda na graduação, enquanto os cuidados identificados requerem solidariedade, compaixão, apoio e alívio do sofrimento. CONCLUSÃO: O enfermeiro tem o papel importante nesses cuidados, e deve estar preparado para a compreensão e o cuidar da criança com câncer terminal na sua globalidade. Pois, isso envolve variedades de sentimentos por conta de todo o contexto envolvido.
