Abstract
O Programa Jovem Aprendiz (PJA) desempenha um papel crucial na integração de jovens no mundo do trabalho, unindo aprendizado prático e formação teórica. A compreensão dos jovens sobre o PJA é crucial para o sucesso do programa, impactando tanto os participantes quanto a sociedade. Este trabalho visa analisar a percepção dos jovens aprendizes em relação ao PJA, identificando desafios, benefícios e implicações para sua formação e inserção profissional e suas perspectivas futuras. A pesquisa utilizou uma abordagem de revisão de recentes, com a coleta de dados a partir de várias bases de dados. Os resultados revelaram uma compreensão mais profunda das percepções dos jovens aprendizes em relação ao PJA, fornecendo insights valiosos para políticas públicas futuras e melhorias no programa, visando atender às necessidades dos jovens e do mundo do trabalho. Esta pesquisa contribui para uma discussão mais informada sobre o PJA e seu impacto no cenário nacional.
