Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi mengenai persepsi guru terhadap kegiatan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, penilaian dan umpan balik supervisi akademik oleh kepala sekolah di SMA Negeri di Kecamatan Pasaman Kabupaten Pasaman Barat. Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah jenis penelitian kuantitatif dan deskriptif. Seluruh pengajar di SMA N 1 dan SMA N 2 Pasaman menjadi populasi penelitian ini yaitu 107 guru, dan sampelnya adalah 50 guru (SMA N 1) dan 57 guru (SMA N 2) dengan menggunakan metode proporsional random sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner skala Likert yang telah melalui penelitian untuk memastikan validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Pendekatan analisis statistik deskriptif digunakan untuk analisis data penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini adalah 1) perencanaan memperoleh 4,45 dengan kategori baik, 2) pelaksanaan memperoleh 4,56 dengan kategori baik, 3) penilaian memperoleh 4,6 dengan kategori sangat baik, dan 4) umpan balik memperoleh 4, 31 dalam kategori baik.
