В статье представлены результаты скрининговой оценки распространенности недементных когнитивных расстройств и деменции у лиц пожилого и старческого возраста с различными хроническими неинфекционными заболеваниями (ХНИЗ). В исследовании приняли участие 130 пациентов с любыми хроническими неинфекционными заболеваниями, обратившихся за медицинской помощью в плановом порядке в поликлинику по месту жительства. Каждому из больных с целью ранней диагностики когнитивных нарушений были предложены скрининговые методики: Мини-Ког, МоСА-тест, проба Шульте. В ходе исследования установлено, что нарушения когнитивных функций чаще наблюдались у женщин – 77 (65,8%) старческого возраста. Среди приоритетных факторов риска развития когнитивных расстройств у лиц 60 лет и старше были выделены: гиперлипидемия (90,8%), гиподинамия (75,4%), неконтролируемая артериальная гипертензия (66,2%). По опроснику Mini-Cog 65 (50%) больных имели выраженные когнитивные расстройства, каждый третий, - 51 (39,2%), - легкие или умеренные. Когнитивные нарушения у лиц 60 лет и старше с ХНИЗ были представлены у 117 (90%) пациентов по данным Моса-теста. У больных ХНИЗ чаще всего страдали такие когнитивные сферы как память, внимание. Высокая распространенность когнитивных нарушений у лиц с ХНИЗ требует проведения своевременной их диагностики, профилактики, реабилитационных мероприятий The article presents the results of a screening assessment of the prevalence of non-dementia cognitive disorders and dementia in elderly and senile people with various chronic non-communicable diseases (CNID). The study involved 130 patients with any chronic non-communicable diseases who sought medical help in a planned manner at a polyclinic at their place of residence. Screening methods were offered to each of the patients for the purpose of early diagnosis of cognitive impairment: Mini-Cog, MoSA test, Schulte test. During the research it was found that cognitive impairment was more often observed in women – 77 (65.8%) of senile age. Among the priority risk factors for the development of cognitive disorders in people 60 years and older were identified: hyperlipidemia (90.8%), inactivity (75.4%), uncontrolled hypertension (66.2%). According to the Mini-Cog questionnaire, 65 (50%) patients had severe cognitive disorders, every third, 51 (39.2%), mild or moderate. Cognitive impairments in persons 60 years and older with CNID were presented in 117 (90%) patients according to the Mos test. Such cognitive spheres as memory and attention were most often affected in patients with CNID.
