Abstract

O controle biológico utilizando fungos entomopatogênicos vem representando uma ferramenta alternativa para o manejo de pragas e doenças que atacam as culturas, diminuindo os riscos ambientais provocados pelas técnicas de controle químico. Neste contexto, este trabalho teve como objetivo avaliar a compatibilidade de pesticidas sobre o microrganismo Beauveria bassiana. O experimento foi desenvolvido em delineamento inteiramente casualizado com esquema fatorial 7 x 3, contendo três repetições. O primeiro fator correspondeu às concentrações, o segundo se referiu aos pesticidas (Fipronil, Chlorpyrifos, Imidacloprid + Fipronil, Imidacloprid, Chlorantraniliprole), dois fungicidas (Hexaconazole e Propiconazole). O microrganismo foi desenvolvido em meio de cultura BDA. Foram utilizadas doses em diferentes concentrações com auxílio de uma pipeta automática (1/2DR; DR; 2DR). As placas foram incubadas em câmara do tipo BOD por 12 h a 25 ± 2 ºC. Foram avaliados diâmetro da colônia, inibição do crescimento e esporulação do Beauveria bassiana. Os resultados mostraram que os inseticidas testados são compatíveis com o fungo exceto Chlorpyriphos. O Fipronil em 1/2DR, DR e 2DR apresentaram menor taxa de inibição 37,5%; 44,44% e 50,26%. Os fungicidas Hexaconazole e Propiconazole foram classificados tóxicos em todas as concentrações afetando o crescimento do fungo. Conclui-se que os pesticidas Fipronil, Imidacloprid + Fipronil, Imidacloprid, Chlorantraniliprole podem ser usados em programas do manejo integrado de pragas e doenças.
