Abstract
Ibu hamil merupakan populasi yang berisiko untuk tertular HIV/AIDS, hepatitis B dan sifilis. Prevalensi infeksi HIV/AIDS pada ibu hamil 0,3%, sifilis 1,7% dan hepatitis B 2,5%. 90% penyakit infeksi ini menular langsung pada bayi yang dapat terjadi pada masa kehamilan, persalinan dan selama menyusui. Eliminasi ibu ke bayi dari HIV/AIDS, sifilis dan hepatitis B dapat dilakukan dengan triple eliminasi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan, dukungan tenaga Kesehatan dengan pemeriksaan triple eliminasi pada ibu hamil. Desain penelitian deskriptif korelasi. Penelitian di lakukan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Sedinginan Kabupaten Rokan Hilir. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh ibu hamil yang ada di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Sedinginan. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 242 orang. Analisis data menggunakan uji chi square. Hasil penelitian ada hubungan pengetahuan dengan pemeriksaan triple eliminasi (p = 0,000), ada hubungan dukungan tenaga kesehatan dengan pemeriksaan triple eliminasi (p = 0,000). Diharapkan bagi tenaga Kesehatan untuk dapat melakukan promosi Kesehatan tentang pemeriksaan triple eliminasi terutama pada ibu hamil.
