Abstract
Ketidaknyamanan seringkali dialami oleh Ibu hamil. Hal ini terjadi karena adanya perubahan dalam tubuh Ibu hamil. Ketidaknyamanan dapat dikurangi salah satunya dengan yoga prenatal. Pengetahuan ibu hamil terkait manfaat yoga prenatal masih kurang. Hal ini ditemukan di wilayah Puskesmas IV Denpasar Selatan. Peran Bidan dibutuhkan untuk memberikan informasi dan edukasi terkait manfaat yoga prenatal. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di TPMB wilayah kerja puskesmas IV Denpasar Selatan dengan menggunakan media poster. Sasaran dalam pengabdian Masyarakat ini adalah Ibu hamil. Kegiatan berjalan dengan baik dan lancar. Beberapa Ibu hamil antusias dan berkeinginan untuk mengikuti kelas yoga prenatal setelah mendapatkan informasi terkait manfaat yoga prenatal. Bidan di TPMB yang dijadikan tempat untuk pengabdian menyampaikan akan mengarahkan klien Ibu hamil untuk mengikuti kelas yoga prenatal secara bersama-sama dengan fasilitator atau instruktur yoga prenatal.
