Abstract
Latar Belakang: Indonesia adalah salah satu Negara dengan AKI dan AKB tertinggi di Asia. AKI di Kab. Cianjur pada tahun 2020 yaitu 22 kasus kematian ibu atau 56,83 per 100 ribu kelahiran hidup. Berbagai upaya telah dilakukan untuk mereduksi AKI di Indonesia antara lain meningkatkan pertolongan persalinan oleh tenaga profesional.Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan dukungan keluarga dengan pemilihan penolong persalinan pada ibu hamil di Desa Mekar Jaya Wilayah Kerja Puseksmas Campaka.Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan survey analitik dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel secara total sampling. Responden penelitian ini 47 orang. Dukungan keluarga dan pemilihan penolong persalinan diukur dengan kuesioner. Analisa data menggunakan uji statistic Chi-square. Hasil: Responden yang tidak mendapat dukungan keluarga yang memilih penolong persalinannya oleh non nakes (dukun) 17 responden (77,3%), dan yang memilih penolong persalinannya oleh nakes (bidan) 5 responden (22,7%). Ibu hamil yang mendapat dukungan keluaga yang memilih penolong persalinannya oleh non nakes 7 responden (28,0%) dan yang memilih penolong persalinannya oleh nakes (bidan) 18 responden (72,0%). Hasil uji Chi Square menunjukkan hasil P Value 0, 001 < α (0,05) dengan nilai keeratan 0,492.Keimpulan: Ada hubungan antara dukungan keluarga dengan pemilihan penolong persalinan pada ibu hamil di Desa Mekar Jaya Wilayah Kerja Puseksmas Campaka.
