Desa Lolo Wano, Kecamatan Tanarighu di Kabupaten Sumba Barat merupakan desa yang diklasifikasikan ke dalam daerah kritis air, terutama air bersih. Untuk mengatasi kondisi kritis air tersebut, dapat dilakukan melalui rencana pembangunan Sistem Penyediaan Air Minum (SPAM) dengan memanfaatkan air dari sumber mata air Wee Tame yang berada di kawasan hutan desa Lolo Wano. Metode penyediaan air untuk penduduk desa Lolo Wano dilakukan dengan system pompa dari sumber mata air (El. +97,52 m) menuju Reservoir 1 (El. +231,65 m) dan pengaliran pada pipa transmisi menuju daerah layanan memakai system pengaliran gravitasi. Pipa pompa memakai jenis pipa galvanis (GIV) diameter 2,5 inch panjang 681 m. Pipa transmisi mepergunakan pipa HDPE (High Density Pollyetheline) dengan diameter 2,5 inch menuju ke desa Lokory sepanjang 1.428,53 m dan diameter 1,5 inch untuk desa Lolo Wano sepanjang 976 m. Sistem pompa didapat daya pompa 10,188 kW. Untuk membangkitkab daya pompa dibutuhkan arus start 68,391 Ampere.
