Abstract
Resumen: La presente investigacin se centra en el anlisis del impacto de la motivacin del personal en el clima laboral de una organizacin pblica en comparacin con una organizacin privada de la ciudad de Santa Rosa, La Pampa.La importancia que el recurso humano posee para una organizacin otorga relevancia a un estudio sobre las motivaciones que llevan a los individuos a realizar su trabajo.As, esta investigacin se constituye en fuente de informacin, permitiendo a gerentes y directivos disponer de un conocimiento interno de la entidad para mejorar decisiones y emprender mejoras que contribuyan con la satisfaccin laboral y el compromiso organizacional en funcin de las expectativas recogidas de los empleados.Asimismo, abordar estos conceptos de forma comparativa permite dar una mirada amplia e integral al respecto.El trabajo llevado a cabo, de tipo descriptivo y anlisis mixto, tanto cualitativo como cuantitativo, se basa en tcnicas de recoleccin de material bibliogrfico en soporte virtual, en observacin participante, en entrevistas y encuestas.
