Abstract
L’ONU a édicté « 17 Objectifs de Développement Durable – ODD – pour sauver le monde » en vue de parvenir à un avenir meilleur et un monde plus durable pour tous. Parmi ces ODD, trois d’entre eux sont tout particulièrement centrés sur l’éducation, l’ODD n°4 (assurer l’accès de tous à une éducation de qualité), le 5 (parvenir à l’égalité des sexes et autonomiser toutes les femmes et les filles) et enfin le 8 (croissance économique et travail décent pour tous). Le déséquilibre entre l’offre et la demande d’éducation est si important aujourd’hui qu’il est indispensable d’offrir des formations hybrides voire totalement en ligne à condition d’avoir du contenu à diffuser. Les Ressources Éducatives Libres (REL) constituent alors une solution parmi tant d’autres pour résorber ce déficit comme le suggère l’Unesco au travers de cinq recommandations. Nous proposons dans ce chapitre la mise en œuvre de 10 actions opérationnelles et concrètes pour stimuler le développement des REL et ainsi répondre à l’appel de l’Unesco.
