Frequência e fatores associados a neoplasia trofoblástica gestacional em pacientes atendidas em um centro de referência da Amazônia Ocidental Brasileira

Abstract
Introdução:A Doença Trofoblástica Gestacional (DTG) é uma complicação rara na gravidez que se divide em dois grupos: a forma benigna Mola hidatiforme (MH) e forma maligna a Neoplasia Trofoblástica Gestacional (NTG). A NTG é dividida em quatro tipos de histopatológicos a saber: mola invasora (MI), coriocarcinoma, tumor de sítio placentário (TTSP) e tumor trofoblástico epitelioide (TTE) Objetivos: Identificar a frequência da NTG em pacientes atendidas no centro de referência da Fundação Centro de Controle de Oncologia do Estado do Amazonas (FCECON) de 2011 até 2018, especificando seus dados sociodemográficos, dados clínicos e características da doença e mortalidade. Metodologia: Trata-se de um estudo observacional retrospectivo, que incluiu pacientes com diagnóstico e tratamento de NTG na FCECON de 2011 a 2018. Os dados foram obtidos por prontuários, depois tabulados e realizado estatística descritiva. Resultados: A frequência da NTG foi de 11 pacientes, com idade de 29,8 anos, em sua maioria pardas (72,7%), o quadro clínico mais frequente foi o sangramento vaginal (45,4%), a MI foi a forma mais comum de NTG (54,5%), a classificação de baixo risco foi a mais frequente (63,6%), o pulmão foi o principal sítio de metástases (54,5%) e a mortalidade foi de 27,3% dos casos. Conclusão: A despeito dos avanços no diagnóstico e tratamento descritos nas últimas décadas, a NTG no Amazonas ainda permanece com uma alta mortalidade.
