JOGOS E BRINCADEIRAS DE ORIGEM AFRICANA COMO PRÁTICAS ANTIRRACISTAS: relato de experiência com alunos do 4º ano em escola pública

Abstract
O presente estudo tem como problemática investigar o impacto das práticas antirracistas baseadas em jogos e brincadeiras de origem africana no fortalecimento da identidade dos alunos afrodescendentes e na construção de uma consciência antirracista. O objetivo geral é analisar o impacto dessas práticas entre os alunos do 4º ano do Ensino Fundamental I da Escola Manoel Barbosa de Moraes.A pesquisa adotou uma abordagem qualitativa de natureza exploratória e descritiva. O estudo foi realizado em uma escola pública, tendo como participantes alunos de ambos os sexos, com idades entre 8 e 10 anos, totalizando 40 participantes. A coleta de dados foi realizada por meio de observação participante, conversas intencionais e aplicação de jogos e brincadeiras de origem africana. A análise dos dados foi conduzida de forma qualitativa, utilizando a análise temática para identificar os principais temas emergentes relacionados ao impacto das práticas antirracistas. Todos os responsáveis legais dos alunos assinaram o Termo de Consentimento Livre e Esclarecido, garantindo a participação voluntária na pesquisa. A experiência com alunos do 4º ano mostrou que essas atividades promovem a valorização da diversidade, conscientização crítica e relações igualitárias, fortalecendo a identidade cultural. A implementação dessas práticas é uma estratégia eficaz na educação antirracista e formação de cidadãos comprometidos com a justiça social.
