Abstract
Etika Birokrasi dalam Pelayanan Publik menjelaskan dimana etika birokrasi diartikan sebagai sistem yang berisi prinsip-prinsip moral atau mempengaruhi kebiasaan pegawai negeri dalam menjalankan sistem pemerintahan secara hirarki dan hirarki jabatan sebagaimana yang telah diatur dalamm Undang-Undang Nomor 5 Tahun 2014 tentang Aparatur Sipil Negara. Fokus penelitian ini yaitu Etika Aparatur Sipil Negara Dalam Pelayanan Publik Di Dinas Pendidikan Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Utara. Metode yang digunagakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif, menggunakan teknik Observasi, Wawancara, dan Dokumentasi dengan menggunakan indikator Persamaan, Kesetiaan dan Tanggung Jawab. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan untuk 1.Persamaan, secara umum pekerja di Dinas Pendidikan Wilayah Sulawesi Utara dalam memberikan bantuan berupa surat menyurat telah berjalan dengan baik, namun belum ideal. Karena masih ada orang yang berpikir bahwa untuk menangani arsip di kantor, anda tentu ingin rekan kerja yang bekerja di kantor mendapatkan penanganan yang lebih cepat. 2. Keteguhan dalam hal Moral Representatif pada Dinas Diklat Provinsi Sulawesi Utara sejauh tanda dedikasi disebut besar. Dimana dalam menunaikan kewajibannya sebagai Alat Bersama Negara (ASN), para pekerja telah melaksanakan kewajibannya dengan baik, saling tolong-menolong, serta korespondensi yang baik antara perwakilan perseorangan dengan daerah setempat. 3. Kewajiban, dalam melakukan kewajiban pertolongan umum di Dinas Pendidikan Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Utara bahwa moral Majelis Mesin Umum Negara dalam memberikan bantuan masih belum baik. Dimana masih ada pekerja yang membuat individu berhenti sejenak.
