Guidelines prioritize medically actionable secondary findings (SFs), but a broader spectrum of clinically relevant results could be analyzed and returned. However, evidence on the clinical outcomes of returning results beyond medically actionable SFs is limited. We characterized the clinical utility of returning all types of medically relevant SFs by evaluating 1) yield, 2) changes in clinical management, and 3) presence of suggestive clinical features or a relevant family history.
