Apresentação do Caso Um paciente do sexo masculino, de 31 anos, com doença de Crohn (DC), Montreal A2L3B2 (diagnóstico aos 24 anos), teve tuberculose latente tratada e tratamento convencional com corticosteroide e azatioprina em outro serviço. Em função da intratabilidade clínica, necessitou de ileocolectomia segmentar aos 30 anos, com ressecção de 130 cm de íleo e ileostomia terminal. Para a terapia de manutenção no PO, optou-se por certolizumabe pegol. Após a sexta dose de manutenção, estabeleceu-se o diagnóstico de hepatite medicamentosa por meio de exames laboratoriais. A conduta então foi a suspensão da terapia biológica e manutenção da corticoterapia.
