Abstract
Pengembangan bisnis pondok pesantren dapat memberikan dampak signifikan bagi pengembangan diri para santri dalam berwirausaha. Sejatinya para santri tidak hanya belajar ilmu agama tetapi juga belajar tentang kewirausahaan yang linier dengan semangat santripreneur. Model pengembangan bisnis pondok pesantren yang dikembangkan adalah kewirausahaan sosial (sociopreneur) karena selaras dengan karakter pondok pesantren. Dalam pengabdian masyarakat di pondok pesantren Salafiyah Raudhotutholibin Al-Asy’Ariyah Desa Purwadadi yang dilaksanakan pada tanggal 10 November 2023, telah diberikan berbagai pendampingan tentang pengembangan bisnis berbasis sociopreneur. Dalam pelatihan ini telah diberikan berbagai pengetahuan merancang ide bisnis dalam konteks pondok pesantren. Keberhasilan dari kegiatan ini tampak dari meningkatnya pengetahuan dan pemahaman para santri tentang perancangan ide bisnis, riset dan studi kelayakan bisnis, tata kelola produksi, pemasaran bisnis dan tata kelola keuangan. Dari hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini diketahui bahwa para santri telah mampu menyusun rerangka pengembangan bisnis pondok pesantren dengan mengedepankan semangat kewirausahaan sosial (sociopreneurship).
