Abstract
La sécurité des JO de Paris 2024 est une priorité absolue compte tenu de l’importance médiatique exceptionnelle de cet évènement. Les cyberattaques sont parmi les risques majeurs. L’histoire des cyberattaques sur les JO est déjà longue puisqu’elle a commencé aux JO de Montréal en 1976 et, depuis, les cyberattaques ont connu non seulement une croissance exponentielle mais elles sont aussi beaucoup plus sophistiquées. Toute la partie informatique de l’évènement sportif (billetterie, web, pilotage des épreuves...) est prise en charge par le CIO et le COJO, le reste, notamment la partie sécurité des infrastructures au sens large, est du champ des pays ou des villes hôtes. La France a une approche institutionnelle et légale de la gestion des risques. L’État français a mis en place un préfet délégué aux Jeux olympiques, cela a représenté une force car cela a permis d’aligner sur des objectifs communs des acteurs très différents avec des priorités très différentes, et donc de faire de la cybersécurité une priorité qui n’est pas le sujet habituel de ceux qui construisent des infrastructures.
