Studi ini menganalisis kebijakan luar negeri negara-negara anggota USMCA (United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement) dengan fokus pada perubahan dari NAFTA (North American Free Trade Agreement) ke USMCA. USMCA adalah sebuah perjanjian perdagangan multilateral yang menggantikan NAFTA dan melibatkan Amerika Serikat, Meksiko, dan Kanada. Analisis ini bertujuan untuk memahami perubahan kebijakan luar negeri yang terkait dengan perjanjian ini dan bagaimana perubahan tersebut mempengaruhi hubungan antarnegara dan perdagangan di kawasan Amerika Utara. Studi ini mengidentifikasi perubahan utama dalam USMCA dibandingkan dengan NAFTA, termasuk dalam hal ketentuan perdagangan, hukum lingkungan, hak kekayaan intelektual, sektor pertanian, dan industri otomotif.
