Abstract

O processo de educação inclusiva vigente no Brasil à medida que se expande na educação básica consequentemente alcança o ensino superior. Este estudo objetiva investigar quais são as perspectivas de acesso e permanência dos estudantes com deficiência no Ensino Superior Brasileiro presente na literatura. Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa de acordo com as orientações propostas por Whittemore e Knafl (2005) de acordo com as etapas descritas por Toronto e Remington (2020), A busca foi realizada nas bases de dados on-line: Portal de Periódicos da Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior (CAPES), Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO) e Institute of Education Sciences-ERIC, com recorte temporal de 2016 a 2021, combinando os descritores: inclusão, ensino superior, acesso e permanência, com operadores booleanos AND e OR. Foram encontrados 1.445 estudos na busca inicial onde 226 artigos foram selecionados para a etapa de leitura dos títulos e resumos, e, destes, 20 atenderam aos critérios de inclusão integrando a análise qualitativa da pesquisa. Os dados foram sistematizados em três categorias: Políticas Públicas de Acesso e Permanência: (nacionais e institucionais); Dificuldades de acesso e permanência na perspectiva dos estudantes; Atuação Docente (Práticas Pedagógicas e Formação docente). Os achados destacam que o tema, apesar de incorporado por uma gama de políticas públicas e institucionais, ainda carece de ações que efetivem essas normas no cotidiano educacional das pessoas com deficiência. O compromisso de forma conjunta poderão assegurar o acesso e a permanência no ensino superior.
