Réactions de travailleurs sociaux concernant l’implantation d’autosoins en Chaudière-Appalaches

Abstract
Les troubles mentaux fréquents (l’anxiété et la dépression) ont de nombreuses conséquences. Lorsqu’ils sont légers ou modérés, la psychothérapie est la recommandation de première ligne, mais des listes d’attentes réduisent son accessibilité. Une alternative est le modèle de soins par étapes, qui inclut les autosoins. Ceux-ci permettent le traitement de plus de personnes avec moins de ressources. Le Programme québécois pour les troubles mentaux (PQPTM) a récemment été implanté dans certains milieux, tel qu’au Centre intégré de santé et de services sociaux de Chaudière-Appalaches (CISSS-CA). Cette étude a recueilli les opinions de travailleurs sociaux (TS) de ce milieu sur l’implantation du PQPTM. Trois entrevues ont été conduites avec 13 TS. Les résultats ont été codifiés puis analysés selon une approche inductivo-déductive, à partir du Consolidated Framework for Implementing Research (Damschroder, 2009; 2022) et des réponses obtenues. Les barrières et facilitateurs à l’implantation du PQPTM identifiés relèvent de caractéristiques de l’intervention (p. ex. le monitorage), de paramètres internes à l’implantation (p. ex. la formation), de caractéristiques des intervenants (p. ex. l’expérience), de caractéristiques des usagers (p. ex. l’âge) et de processus (p. ex. l’intégrité de l’implantation). Les résultats de cette étude qualitative favoriseront une meilleure implantation du PQPTM au Québec.
