Abstract
Em um cenário marcado pelo avanço das questões climáticas, pelo distanciamento sistemático entre o homem e a natureza e pelo crescente desequilíbrio social, a Natura tem avançado em sua agenda de impacto corporativo. O objetivo deste artigo é contribuir com a adoção prática desse modelo de gestão de impacto ESG de forma integrada aos resultados financeiros do grupo Natura & Co como case de sucesso. A pesquisa foi de natureza qualitativa, visto que demonstra algumas estratégias de ESG e relatório do IP&L, mensurando-as e colocando-as em tabelas para um melhor entendimento. Foram utilizadas bibliografias para embasamento das opiniões e os dados necessários para o estudo que posteriormente foi analisado e interpretado. O que se busca, com essa mensuração socioambiental, é criar as bases de uma transição sustentável para uma economia regenerativa e a Natura está fazendo isso de forma inovadora e inspiradora, com base na crença de que a longevidade de uma empresa, um organismo vivo, depende de sua capacidade de contribuir para a evolução da sociedade e seu desenvolvimento sustentável.
