Manuseio mínimo como instrumento de neuroproteção em neonatologia: revisão integrativa

Abstract
Analisar as evidências científicas sobre o uso do manuseio mínimo como instrumento de neuroproteção para recém-nascido prematuro na Unidade de Terapia Intensiva Neonatal. Revisão integrativa, realizada por uma equipe de saúde de um Hospital Universitário do Sul do Brasil vinculado a Empresa Brasileira de Serviços Hospitalares; empregou-se a estratégia PICO para o desenvolvimento da pergunta de pesquisa; as bases de dados utilizadas foram: Literatura Latino-Americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde, Sistema Online de Busca e Análise de Literatura Médica, Scopus e Web of Science; os descritores escolhidos foram: “Recém-Nascido Prematuro”, “Unidades de Terapia Intensiva Neonatal” e “Neuroproteção”; baseou-se nas recomendações PRISMA para seleção dos artigos; para a análise e síntese dos artigos utilizou-se um quadro sinóptico. Apenas três artigos abordaram especificamente o manuseio mínimo, houve aqueles que trouxeram ações desenvolvidas no protocolo de manuseio mínimo, mas não o citaram; além disso, alguns estudos discorreram sobre a criação de protocolos de neuroproteção, implementação de ações de neuroproteção, manifestações após o manuseio, frequência em que ocorre o manuseio e o modo como o manuseio é realizado. A escassez de estudos que abordem sobre o manuseio mínimo demonstra uma lacuna no conhecimento e estudos voltados para esta temática fazem-se necessários.
