INDICADOR DE VIOLÊNCIA EM ADULTOS: ESTUDO EPIDEMIOLÓGICO DOCUMENTAL EM UMA CIDADE DO NOROESTE PAULISTA

Abstract
Introduo: A violncia, em suas diversas formas e manifestaes, representa um desafio significativo para a sade coletiva em todo o mundo. Quando focalizamos especificamente o impacto da violncia em adultos, os efeitos so profundos e abrangentes, afetando no apenas os indivduos diretamente envolvidos, mas tambm suas comunidades e sociedades em geral. Objetivo: Descrever e comparar os indicadores de violncia no adulto. Metodologia: Estudo epidemiolgico, descritivo, documental, retrospectivo (2019-2021), realizado atravs dos indicadores de violncia no adulto coletados na ateno bsica, apresentados no painel de monitoramento de uma cidade do noroeste paulista. O painel de monitoramento uma informao de domnio pblico, disponvel para acesso no site da prefeitura da referida cidade. Para a anlise dos resultados foram consideradas as informaes sobre violncia no adulto, seguindo os tipos, fsica, autoprovocada e sexual. Foi utilizada estatstica bsica, descritas atravs de frequncia e propores. Resultados: No perodo foram notificados 3.634 casos de violncia no adulto, com mdia de 1.211 casos ao ano, variando de 1.117 a 1.263, sendo, 1.915 (52,7%) do tipo fsica, 1.562 (43,0%) autoprovocada e 157 (4,3%) sexual.
