Aujourd'hui plus que jamais, les organisations sont confrontées à la dissémination d'un discours promulguant l'innovation technologique comme vecteur principal de la croissance économique.Dans ce contexte, pour assurer leur pertinence et leur légitimité, on attend des entreprises qu'elles soient proactives dans la détection et l'intégration des technologies émergentes.Intelligence artificielle, internet des objets, jumeaux numériques sont autant d'exemples de tendances technologiques difficiles à appréhender pour les organisations.Certaines technologies en développement suscitent énormément d'enthousiasme et sont érigées comme des facteurs indispensables à la réussite, voire à la survie d'une organisation.Ces engouements représentent un enjeu critique pour plusieurs organisations qui désirent saisir les occasions et les menaces liées à ces technologies.Or, les technologies émergentes sont, par définition, des concepts partiellement définis et constitués dans le présent.Pour donner sens et substance à la « chose » technologique, les organisations et leurs membres l'habillent d'un imaginaire.En effectuant des veilles technologiques prospectives, en intégrant des
