Abstract
Message Reminder teridentifikasi sebagai salah satu strategi dalam meningkatkan cakupan imunisasi dasar lengkap pada anak dan membantu Ibu dalam mengetahui jadwal yang tepat dalam pemberian imunisasi pada anaknya, hal ini berdampak pada ketepatan waktu pemberian imunisasi secara berkala yang dapat mendukung meningkatkan capaian imunisasi dasar lengkap. Studi ini meninjau penelitian sebelumnya yang menggambarkan efek dari Message Reminder terhadap ketepatan waktu pemberian Imunisasi pada anak. Pencarian literature secara sistematis dilakukan pada bulan Juli – Agustus 2023 menggunakan database yaitu Science Direct, ProQuest, dan Pubmed dari populasi sebanyak 48 artikel selama 5 tahun terakhir (2018 – 2023), kemudian diseleksi menjadi 4 artikel sesuai dengan kriteria. 48 artikel yang selanjutnya masuk dalam tahap eliminasi hingga hasil akhir 4 artikel memenuhi syarat untuk full text review. Studi kualitas dinilai dengan menggunakan Skala Newcastle-Ottawa (NOS). Kami mengidentifikasi 4 studi. Upaya untuk meningkatkan cakupan imunisasi dasar lengkap pada anak dilakukan dengan memberikan Message Reminder pada pengasuh atau orangtua anak, sehingga mampu meningkatkan kepatuhan Ibu dalam memberikan Imunisasi Dasar Legkap pada anak sesuai jadwal yang ditentukan. Dari 4 jurnal yang di review terdapat beberapa Ibu yang menjadi patuh serta rutin mengikuti jadwal imunisasi pada anaknya setelah diberikan Message Reminder oleh petugas kesehatan.
