AVALIAÇÃO DO PROJOVEM URBANO EM OLINDA-PE, COM PERSPECTIVA ATUAL PARA NOVOS DESAFIO NO APRENDIZADO

Abstract
O Projovem é um programa subsidiário do desenvolvimento escolar para jovens entre 18 e 29 anos que sabem ler e escrever, mas não concluíram o ensino fundamental. Esses jovens buscam a conclusão dessa etapa dos estudos por meio da Educação de Jovens e Adultos e de cursos de qualificação profissional e desenvolvimento de ações comunitárias com exercício da cidadania. O objetivo desta pesquisa foi mostrar o desenvolvimento na aprendizagem, as experiências nas unidades escolares, a educação como instrumento de organização, as ações do conhecimento e aprendizado e as práticas pedagógicas desenvolvidas no Projovem Urbano do município de Olinda-PE. Utilizou-se uma metodologia que aborda os indicadores quali-quantitaivos por meio de um questionário estruturado. O questionário foi aplicado nas cinco turmas do Projovem Urbano de Olinda entre 16 e 20 de janeiro de 2023. Os resultados mostraram que o Projovem Urbano de Olinda deve atuar na busca de uma educação que promova o desenvolvimento dos jovens para formação de uma sociedade crítica, protagonista, justa, igualitária e atuante, assim como, de jovens preparado para o mercado de trabalho e com competências socioemocionais bem desenvolvidas.
