Abstract
Ministry of Health [Bundesministerium fr Gesundheit (BMG)]a nd aimst o improvethe recognition of nursing as an occupation, the workingconditions in healthcare organizations, and the autonomy of nurses. 3 During the COVID-19 pandemic, the situation worsened resulting in as evere nursing shortage in Germany. 4 In this study, Iw illa nalyze how the existence of these contradictory phenomena of professionalization and inadequate working conditions became possible and how they are even interconnected. In order to undertake such a complex analysis, Iw ill use the example of the nursingp rocess, which was introduced in the 1970s, arguing that the above-described developments were only possible because the nursingp rocess enabled the ability to think about nursing differently and consequently restructure nursingservice. The focus of my thesis, therefore, is on the developments in German nursing in the second half of the 20 th century. The 1960s and 1970s arec onsidered the beginning decades of the professionalization of German nursing. 5However, contrary to many other countries like the United StatesofAmerica (US), Canada, and the United Kingdom (UK), German nursing still struggles with being fully acknowledged as aprofession. 6 This might be due to the lack of ageneralaca-3B MG, "Konzertierte Aktion Pflege [Concerted Action Nursing]," (Bundesministerium fr Gesundheit, 2019), https://www.bundesgesundheitsministerium.de/en/service/begriffe-von-a -z/k/konzertierte-aktion-pflege.html.4A nke Begerow and Uta Gaidys, "COVID-19 Pflege Studie.Erfahrung vonPflegenden whrend der Pamdemie -erste Teilergebnisse [COVID-19 Nursing Study.Experiences of Nurses during the Pandemic -First Results]," PflegewissenschaftSonderausgabe, April (2020), 33-36; Norbert Grote and Bernd Tews, "Der Pflegenotstand ist lngst da.Die Sicherstellung der pflegerischen Versorgungmuss wieder gewhrleistet werden [The Nursing Shortage already exists.Ensuring Nursing Care Needs to be Guaranteed]," bpa Magazin 12 (2022), no. 4, 12-14.5E .g.Martin Albert, "Krankenpflege auf dem Wegzur Professionalisierung[Nursing on Its Way to Professionalization]," 1998), http://phfr.bsz-bw.de/files/12/93_1.pdf;Renate Fischer, Berufliche Identitt als Dimension beruflicher Kompetenz:

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; both teacher heads agree on what is shown here.
