Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi tingkat ketercapaian dan kemampuan pembelajaran daring serta partisipasi aktif mahasiswa STKIP PGRI Sumenep di wilayah Sumenep selama pandemi Covid-19. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif, di mana angket disebarkan kepada mahasiswa STKIP PGRI Sumenep pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis untuk mengukur persentase partisipasi aktif mahasiswa dalam belajar daring menggunakan berbagai aplikasi serta untuk mengidentifikasi hambatan-hambatan dalam pembelajaran online. Hasil survei menunjukkan bahwa sekitar 83,6% responden mengalami kesulitan akses internet saat mengikuti perkuliahan via Zoom dan Moodle, sementara belajar melalui WA Group memungkinkan partisipasi aktif dari 100% mahasiswa. Kendala utama dalam pembelajaran daring yang dihadapi oleh mahasiswa adalah masalah sinyal internet yang tidak stabil di tempat tinggal mereka.
