Abstract
O estudo teve como objectivos geral: Analisar a participação das comunidades na gestão dos campos de leitura no posto administrativo de Cazuzo - Distrito de Murrupula. A metodologia usada na pesquisa quanto a abordagem foi pesquisa qualitativa, quanto aos procedimentos foi estudo de caso, e a técnica de recolha de dados foi a entrevista semi-estruturada, e a técnica de análise dados foi análise de conteúdo. Os resultados obtidos foram satisfatórios visto que os líderes comunitários, pais encarregados de educação, professores das escolas locais, estão envolvidos no processo educativo das crianças nos campos de leitura com apoio da visão mundial. E as atividades são feitas com base nos membros acima mencionadas através do encontro preparado pela visão mundial acerca da educação das crianças. A matéria aprendida nos campos de leitura é a mesma que as crianças aprendem na escola e a diferença é que nos campos de leitura aprendem com base na metodologia participativas de alguns jogos. O controlo de material didático utilizado nos campos de leitura pela comunidade é feito por voluntários e os supervisores da visão mundial através de uma ficha específica de monitoria e avaliação
