Abstract
This article has been retracted: please see Elsevier Policy on Article Withdrawal (https://www.elsevier.com/locate/withdrawalpolicy). This article has been retracted at the request of the Editor-in-Chief. The journal was alerted to a related PubPeer post where the commenter raised concerns about several phrases that make some passages difficult to parse, as detailed here: PubPeer - Titanium and titanium alloys in dentistry: current trends, r …. The journal asked the authors to explain these concerns, as well as raw data and evidence that the author felt would be useful. The authors replied, but this did not satisfy the Editor-in-Chief. After careful evaluation of the article and the authors' explanation, more examples of tortured phrases throughout the manuscript became apparent and the Editor-in-Chief lost confidence in the article and decided to retract it. The journal would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused.
