Abstract
ОСОБЛИВОСТІ ДЕКЛАРУВАННЯ У ПЕРІОД ПРАВОВОГО РЕЖИМУ ВОЄННОГО СТАНУ Анотація.У статті досліджено особливості процедури декларування осіб, уповноважених на виконання функції держави або місцевого самоврядування в умовах воєнного стану.Актуальність статті полягає у дослідженні змін до Закону України "Про запобігання корупції", який регулює питання пов'язані з фінансовим контролем у період воєнного стану в країні.Зокрема, у статті висвітлюються ключові аспекти щодо подання декларацій у вказаний період, зміни термінів декларування, розширення переліку осіб, які повинні подавати декларацію, питання відповідальність декларантів за внесення недостовірної інформації тощо.Також акцентовано увагу на тому, що суб'єкти декларування на тимчасово окупованих територіях, або там, де тривають активні бойові дії мають певні специфічні умови щодо подання декларацій.Акцентується увага на розширенні кола суб'єктів декларування, а саме поширення вимог декларування на медико-соціальних експертних комісій, військово-лікарських і лікарсько-льотних комісій під час війни, що пов'язано з високим рівнем корупційних ризиків у вказаних суб'єктів.Нові вимоги щодо декларування роблять акцент на важливості відкритості та прозорості у діяльності громадських організацій.Крім того, це надає можливість уряду та суспільству краще контролювати витрати та розподіл ресурсів, що надаються цими структурами.Акцентується, що зазначення недостовірної інформації у декларації є механізмом приховування незаконного збагачення та інших злочинів особами,
