Abstract
Comment le Québec se compare-t-il à d’autres États en termes de politiques de ressources naturelles ? Pour répondre à cette question, nous avons demandé aux chercheurs les plus reconnus dans leur domaine de comparer le Québec à un autre État afin de bien faire ressortir les caractéristiques des politiques québécoises. Cet ouvrage s’inscrit dans un ensemble de publications coordonnées par le Centre d’analyse des politiques publiques. Ces publications présentent des travaux analysant les politiques publiques québécoises en les comparant tantôt aux provinces du Canada ou à des États fédérés de divers pays, tantôt à des pouvoirs publics multiples. Dans cet ouvrage portant sur les ressources naturelles, le Québec est comparé au Nevada, à la Saskatchewan, à la Norvège, à la France, à l'État fédéral canadien et finalement aux autres provinces du Canada. L’objectif est de bien comprendre les caractéristiques des politiques québécoises et pour ce faire les auteurs ont été invités à prendre appui sur d'autres cas, en somme de comparer le Québec à un autre État.
