Abstract
Введение. Признание гражданина недееспособным и ограниченно дееспособным влечет за собой ограничение его права совершать любые или только крупные сделки. В связи с этим при проведении судебно-психиатрических экспертиз по делам, решающим вопрос об изменении гражданско-правового статуса, оценке подлежит способность лица к финансовой деятельности, которая включает и операциональные компоненты. Цель. Изучение особенностей финансовой деятельности у лиц с тяжелыми хроническими психическими расстройствами и апробация процедуры исследования способности к проведению финансовых операций. Материалы. 71 человек с тяжелыми хроническими психическими расстройствами (шизофрения – 36, нарушения интеллектуального развития – 22, органические психические расстройства – 13). Методы. Шкала общего клинического впечатления (CGI-S), Монреальская шкала когнитивной оценки, тест Векслера, стандартизированный протокол экспертного исследования по делам об изменении гражданско-правового статуса, процедура исследования способности к проведению операций с финансами. Результаты. Установлено, что уровень сформированности элементарных математических навыков, зависящий от уровня образования и коррелирующий с интеллектуальным уровнем, не определяет напрямую способность к финансовой деятельности (использование денег в повседневной жизни, понимание финансовых понятий, представление о личной собственности). Апробирована процедура исследования способности к проведению операций с финансами. Подтверждена валидность методики для оценки операциональных компонентов финансовой компетентности при судебно-психиатрических экспертизах по делам об изменении гражданско-правового статуса. Introduction. Recognizing a citizen as legally incapable or partially capable entails restricting his right to make all or only major transactions. In this regard, when conducting forensic psychiatric examinations in cases that resolve the issue of changing the civil legal status, the person’s ability to perform financial activities, which includes operational components, is subject to assessment. Purpose. To study the characteristics of financial activity in people with severe chronic mental disorders and to test the Financial Transaction Ability Test Procedure. Materials. 71 people with severe chronic mental disorders (schizophrenia – 36, intellectual development disorders – 22, organic mental disorders – 13). Research methods. Clinical Global Impression Scale (CGI-S), Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale, Wechsler test, Standardized Protocol for Expert Examination in Cases of Change of Civil Legal Status, Financial Transaction Ability Test Procedure. Results. It has been established that the level of development of elementary mathematical skills, which depends on the level of education and correlates with the intellectual level, does not directly determine the ability to perform financial activities (using money in everyday life, understanding financial concepts, the idea of personal property). The Financial Transaction Ability Test Procedure has been tested. Its validity for assessing the operational components of financial competence during forensic psychiatric examinations in cases of changes in civil legal status has been confirmed.
