L’article vise, dans la perspective d’une amélioration du système de planification des programmes académiques et de gestion des activités pédagogiques, à déterminer les techniques de fraude associées à l’usage du téléphone portable dans les universités camerounaises, à relever les causes de ce fléau ainsi que le rôle des acteurs, puis en examiner les conséquences et à suggérer des solutions. Une analyse des discours des présumés coupables de tricherie et responsables académiques de l’Université de Dschang, de même qu’une lecture des procès-verbaux des jurys de fraude révèlent plusieurs causes de ces abus. Pour y remédier, une politique de planification des programmes académiques et activités pédagogiques est préconisée.
