Abstract
Антропогенная деятельность – один из важных факторов формирования опасных склоновых процессов (в том числе лавин, селей и оползней). Опасные процессы на антропогенно-изменённых территориях широко распространены во многих регионах, особенно горных. Хотя антропогенная деятельность давно рассматривается как один из главных факторов формирования селей, лавин и оползней, до сих пор не разработана классификация явлений, связанных с деятельностью человека. Цель работы – типизация различных видов антропогенной деятельности по характеру воздействия, оказываемому на лавинные, селевые и оползневые процессы, а также оценка изменения параметров опасных склоновых процессов в результате антропогенного воздействия, проведённая на примере острова Сахалин. В работе описаны случаи формирования селей, лавин и оползней при воздействии антропогенного фактора, упорядочены и систематизированы различные виды антропогенного воздействия, непосредственно влияющего на селевые, лавинные и оползневые процессы. Исследование было проведено на основе анализа материалов, полученных при полевых исследованиях на острове Сахалин, а также архивных данных. По характеру влияния всю деятельность человека по отношению к природным лавинным, селевым и оползневым комплексам можно разделить на три категории: формирование (создание новых, ранее не существовавших, оползневых, селевых и лавинных комплексов), преобразование (изменение природных оползневых, селевых и лавинных комплексов, которое приводит к снижению или увеличению опасности склоновых процессов), косвенное воздействие (осуществление хозяйственной деятельности на соседних с оползневыми, селевыми и лавинными комплексами территориях, которое приводит к снижению или увеличению опасности склоновых процессов). В свою очередь категории антропогенного воздействия разделяются на виды деятельности. Предложенная систематизация позволяет при планировании хозяйственной деятельности определять последствия для населения и хозяйства от возможной активизации и изменения характеристик опасных склоновых процессов. Anthropogenic activity is one of the important factors in the formation of dangerous slope processes (including avalanches, debris flows and landslides). Dangerous processes in anthropogenic–altered territories are widespread in many regions, especially mountainous ones. Although anthropogenic activity has long been considered as one of the main factors in the formation of mudslides, avalanches and landslides, a classification of phenomena related to human activity has not yet been developed. The purpose of the work is to typify various types of anthropogenic activities by the nature of the impact exerted on avalanche, debris flow and landslide processes, as well as to assess changes in the parameters of dangerous slope processes as a result of anthropogenic impact, conducted on the example of Sakhalin. The paper describes the cases of the formation of debris flows, avalanches and landslides under the influence of anthropogenic factors, ordered and systematized various types of anthropogenic impact directly affecting debris flows, avalanches and landslides. The study was conducted based on the analysis of materials obtained during field research on Sakhalin, as well as archival data. The proposed systematization makes it possible, when planning economic activities, to determine the consequences for the population and the economy from the possible activation and changes in the characteristics of dangerous slope processes.
