Quarter life crisis adalah tahap krisis yang terjadi antara usia 18 dan 30 tahun, di mana individu mungkin merasa cemas dan tidak tenang ketika mereka mulai mempertanyakan arah dan makna hidup mereka serta banyaknya pilihan yang tersedia bagi mereka. Mahasiswa tingkat akhir menghadapi banyak kendala dan tekanan, tidak hanya dalam dunia akademis tetapi juga karena posisi mereka sebagai individu yang bertransisi ke dunia nyata. Akibatnya, mereka rentan mengalami quarter life krisis. Bentuk bantuan ini meningkatkan pengakuan atas pencapaian dan mendorong proses mental yang mendorong tindakan positif, yang pada akhirnya meningkatkan rasa percaya diri dan kemahiran. Penelitian ini menguji hubungan antara Dukungan Sosial dan Quarter Life Crisis pada prodi Bimbingan Konseling Universitas Prof. Dr. Hamka. Kuantitatif korelasional digunakan sebagai metode penelitian pada penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling sebagai teknik penentuan sampel berdasarkan rumus Slovin dengan presentasi 15%. Maka sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 35 mahasiswa semester akhir yang berusia sekitar 20 – 24 tahun. Penelitian ini menggunakan Skala Quarter Life Crisis dan Social Support dengan model skala likert. Analisis korelasi ditemukan koefisien korelasi sebesar p = - 0,339 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,047 < 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil hipotesis yang sudah diuji maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapatnya hubungan negatif yang bersignifikan antara dukungan sosial tehadap Quarter Life Crisis pada mahasiswa Program Studi Bimbingan dan Konseling semester akhir Universitas Muhammadiyah” Prof. Dr. Hamka. Maka semakin tinggi dukungan sosial akan semakin rendah tingkat quarter life crisis. Sebaliknya, semakin rendah dukungan sosial akan semakin tinggi pula tingkat quarter life crisis.
