Quarter life crisis adalah kebingungan masa depan setelah kuliah. Masalah yang dihadapi berupa masalah karir, pekerjaan, hubungan dengan keluarga, dan lawan jenis. Adapun faktor yang diduga dapat mempengaruhi quarter life crisis ialah dukungan sosial teman sebaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan dukungan sosial teman sebaya dengan quarter life crisis. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah ada hubungan antara dukungan sosial teman sebaya dengan quarter life crisis pada fresh graduate di Universitas Negeri Padang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah fresh graduate Universitas Negeri Padang sebanyak 99 orang. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan Teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Pengambilan data menggunakan skala dukungan sosial teman sebaya dan quarter life crisis. Hasil analisis data korelasi product moment r= 0,260 serta p= 0,009. Hal ini menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang positif serta signifikan antara dukungan sosial teman sebaya dan quarter life crisis pada fresh graduate Universitas Negeri Padang.
