Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh organizational citizenship behavior dan komitmen organisasi terhadap budaya organisasi, dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kesiapan berubah melalui budaya organisasi dan menganalisis pengaruh melalui budaya organisasi dalam efektivitas penerapan Zona Integritas pada Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Pangkep. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut maka digunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan penyebaran kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji instrumen penelitian, uji asumsi klasik, analisis jalur, serta analisis sobel test. Hasil penelitian bahwa organizational citizenship behavior memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap budaya organisasi, komitmen organisasi memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap budaya organisasi. Organizational citizenship behavior memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan berubah, komitmen organisasi memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan berubah, budaya organisasi memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan berubah. Hasil uji mediasi bahwa budaya organisasi dapat memediasi pengaruh organizational citizenship behavior terhadap kesiapan berubah, kemudian budaya organisasi dapat memediasi pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap kesiapan berubah. This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational citizenship behavior and organizational commitment on organizational culture, and organizational commitment on readiness to change through organizational culture and analyze the influence through organizational culture in the effectiveness of implementing the Integrity Zone at the Land Office Pangkep District. Data collection techniques were used through observation and distributing questionnaires. Data analysis techniques use research instrument tests, classical assumption tests, path analysis, and sobel test analysis. The research findings show that organizational citizenship behavior has a positive and significant influence on organizational culture, organizational commitment has a positive and significant influence on organizational culture. Then organizational citizenship behavior has a positive and significant influence on readiness to change, organizational commitment has a positive and significant influence on readiness to change, organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on readiness to change. The results of the mediation test found that organizational culture can mediate the influence of organizational citizenship behavior on readiness to change, then organizational culture can mediate the influence of organizational commitment on readiness to change in the effectiveness.
