Abstract
Les 25 et 26 fvrier 2006 ont t engages les travaux ncessaires la conduite d'un projet de fusion amicale entre les groupes Gaz de France et Suez prenant la forme d'une fusion absorption de Suez par Gaz de France.Le Conseil suprieur consultatif des Comits mixtes la production (CSC des CMP) organisme de reprsentation du personnel, qui joue le rle de comit central d'entreprise de GDF a, ainsi, aprs information de sa commission conomique le 1 er mars 2006, t runi en sance extraordinaire, le 23 suivant, pour une prsentation gnrale de ce projet, puis le 12 avril 2006, pour avis sur son principe.Ces deux runions, ainsi que celle de la mme instance du 22 mai 2006 "sur la notification opre auprs de la Commission europenne relative au projet d'opration de concentration", ont lanc les processus de consultation sociale prvus aux articles L. 432-1 et L. 432-1 bis du Code du travail.
