Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Abstract. Earthquakes are one of the natural disasters that often occur in Indonesia, including in the Cugenang fault area. The natural disaster that occurred due to the Cianjur Earthquake on November 21, 2022 not only caused damage to residential buildings but also caused landslides in very vital and densely populated areas that caused large material and non-material losses. In responding to disasters and determining to increase resilience around the Cugenang fault area and reduce the impact of damage and casualties due to disasters. Based on this background, this study aims to identify the characteristics of disaster resilience and assess the level of disaster resilience in the Cugenang fault area. The research method used is a mixture of quantitative and qualitative approaches with a Likert scale analysis model for disaster resilience level assessment. The value for infrastructure resilience in the Cugenang fault area is 3.7 or high, meaning that the current infrastructure has shown good ability to respond to critical situations. The value for disaster mitigation in the Cugenang fault area is 2.6 or low, meaning that disaster mitigation shows what needs to be improved. The value for the Availability of Social and Economic Facilities in the Cugenang fault area is 3.9 or high, meaning that social and economic facilities are already available in the Cugenang fault area. The overall level of disaster resilience is in 3 aspects with an average of 3.7 or high. The assessment is based on the assumption that respondents consider the current infrastructure condition to be able to cope with emergency disasters. Thus, it is necessary to increase disaster resilience in the Cugenang fault area. This research provides a basis for development to improve disaster resilience in the Cugenang fault area.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
